Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms are so cool, modern, and fresh, with a lovely shower and a big, comfy bed. It's nice and totally soundproof, although they are not turned on until after 15:00. You can enjoy the pool from 07:00 onwards and use the spa throughout the day after payment. The service is incredibly friendly and helpful, with nothing seeming too much for them. They did come for housekeeping without knocking early in the morning, which was a bit surprising. The location is convenient overall, especially for those with a bicycle or car, although walking distances can be a bit far. The nearby overground and underground trains offer great value. The dining experience, while slightly expensive, had plenty of variety but could use more options beyond bread, cheese, and cold meats. The facilities are quite impressive, making it a decent choice for business trips despite being somewhat pricey.
I was allocated a room that overlooked a peaceful street, although the price for three persons was a tad pricey for Berlin. The service was top-notch; the staff recommended great places to visit, and Gina was especially sweet and friendly. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Check-point Charlie and Kreuzberg restaurant street, though there were some ongoing constructions nearby. The dining experience could have had more variety and a bit better atmosphere. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, where the rooms were spacious and modern. The service was friendly, although there were a few hiccups with housekeeping. The location was ideal for exploring the vibrant neighborhood of Kreuzberg. The dining experience was decent, but with room for improvement. The facilities were convenient, making my stay enjoyable overall.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were nice, spacious, and clean, located in a calm area not far from the metro station. The service was top-notch, with really nice and helpful staff like Gina. The location was great, close to the station and with beautifully designed seating areas. The dining was slightly one-sided but overall decent. The facilities were well-kept. However, prices were a bit on the high side for some services.
The hotel's rooms are so comfy with a lovely view in a quiet area, featuring cool and modern decor, though the lack of in-room refreshments was a slight downside. The service provided is akin to a small family, very enthusiastic, hospitable, and helpful. While the location is convenient with nicely designed seating areas, it is let down by the surrounding sketchy neighborhood. The dining experience is really good, albeit somewhat expensive, offering mouth-watering dishes. Overall, a decent hotel for business, slightly on the pricier side.
